Please note that all persons attending the Conference must register online, including presenters.
Payment is by direct bank transfer or credit card (Visa and MasterCard.)
Early bird fee - on or before 14 October, 2019, Standard fee - on or before 15 November 2019; Late fee after 8 November 2019.

Please note delegates registering at the member rate must be financial members or staff/students of a corporate member at the time of registration. Membership status will be checked and non-financial members will be re-invoiced at the non-member rate.
The Full registration fees include all Conference sessions Wednesday 4 December, Thursday 5 December and Friday 6 December, 2019, morning/afternoon teas and lunch (Wednesday-Thursday, morning tea Friday and the Networking Function Wednesday 4 December.
The Day registration fees include all Conference sessions on one day - Wednesday 4 December or Thursday 5 December or Friday 6 December, 2019, day time catering on the nominated day.
Terms and Conditions
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations of registration received on or before31 October 2019 will incur an administration fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person.
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Symposium or through the cancellation of the Symposium itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Symposium Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The programme is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the programme if and as is deemed necessary.
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Symposium. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
NZ residents - The Health Services Research Association of Australia and New Zealand (HSRAANZ) is not registered for GST in New Zealand and no NZ GST has been charged by HSRAANZ.
Australian and International delegates - As HSRAANZ 2019 is being held in Auckland, New Zealand, Australian GST is not applicable to registration fees.
