A limited number of display kiosks are available for hire for Monday 2 December until Wednesday 4 December 2013.

Display PodsThe display kiosks are located in the Intercontinental Wellington main foyer next to the Wellington Room. The foyer is the location for catering and posters displays and the entry point to all session rooms.


Floor space for a single kiosk is approximately 1508mm x 1045mm and they can be joined together to create a larger kiosk if desired.

The cost per kiosk is $1600 AUD for corporate HSRAANZ members and $2000 AUD for non-members. There are a limited number of units available and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Booth Staff

There is an also the option to purchase a display kiosk plus one booth staff registration. The booth staff registration entitles one organisation representative to full daytime catering Monday 2 December 2013 to Wednesday 4 December 2013 but excludes attendance at Conference sessions. Staff wishing to attend Conference sessions must register and pay the appropriate registration fee.
