Online registeation has closed.  Please register onsite Level One Hilton Adelaide, 233 Victoria Square.  Registration will be open 8.00am-5.00pm Monday 5 - Tuesday 6 December and 8.00am -12 noon Wednesday 7 December 2011.

Full registration fee includes: • All Conference sessions Monday 5 December 2011 – Wednesday 7 December 2011 • Welcome Reception Monday 5 December 2011, morning/afternoon teas and lunches Monday 5 December 2011 and Tuesday 6 December 2011 and morning tea Wednesday 7 December 2011, satchel and abstract book.  The Dinner Tuesday 6 December 2011 is an extra cost for all delegates.

Day registration fee includes: • Conference sessions on one day Monday 5 December 2011 or Tuesday 6 December 2011 or Wednesday 7 December 2011, morning/afternoon tea and lunch on one day , satchel and abstract book.   The Welcome Reception Monday 5 December 2011and Dinner Tuesday 6 December 2011 is an extra cost for all delegates

Cancellation

Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd.  Cancellations made on or before 31 October will be refunded less a $100 administration fee.  No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date.  All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the Conference.

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Disabled Facilities

If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the secretariat by indicating on your registration form.

Disclaimer

In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.

Liability

The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
