Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located in the foyer on the Plaza Level of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and will be open during the following hours:
Wednesday 25 November 0800–1930
Thursday 26 November 0830–1700
Friday 27 November 0830–1400

Dress
The dress for all sessions and social functions is smart casual.

Participant List
The participant list will be included in the conference satchel. Those delegates who have indicated on their registration form that they do not wish to have their name and organisation appear on the participant list have not been included.

Program Changes
The conference organisers cannot be held responsible for any programme changes due to external or unforeseen circumstances. Please check the conference programme regularly for any changes.

Speakers’ Preparation Centre
A speakers’ preparation centre will be located in M10 on the Mezzanine Level of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and will be open at similar times to registration desk. All speakers must take their presentation to the speakers’ preparation centre a minimum of four hours prior to their presentation, or the day before if presenting at a morning session. Speakers are also requested to assemble in their session room 15 minutes before the commencement of the session, to meet with their session chair and to familiarise themselves with the room and the audiovisual equipment.

Parking
Parking is available at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (enter via Stanley or Merival Streets). For information on parking fees visit www.bcec.com.au.

Transport From the Airport
All delegates must make their own transport arrangements to and from the airport. The following are estimates only of travel from the airport to the central business district.

Weather
The weather in Brisbane is comfortable and sub-tropical. The city of Brisbane enjoys a very enviable climate of brilliant hot summers and clear mild winters. In November the average temperature is 20°C.
