Accommodation
Special room rates have been secured for delegates attending the 6th Health Services and Policy Research Conference. All accommodation rates are in Australian dollars and are per room, per night and room only unless otherwise specified. To secure your booking, a deposit of one night's accommodation must be forwarded with your Conference registration. If you wish to pay the full amount of your accommodation please notify the Conference Secretariat by email conference@conlog.com.au. Alternatively, you can supply credit cards details to guarantee the room.
The closing date for bookings is 21 October 2009. Bookings made after 21 October 2009 will be subject to availability and will need to be made directly with the hotel. Delegates are responsible for paying the balance of their account and all incidentals on departure from the hotel.
Please note that all accommodation rates quoted are inclusive of GST and in Australian dollars. Deposits will be passed on to the hotels and the hotel will be responsible for issuing tax invoices for accommodation payments upon departure.

Making a Reservation
Bookings should be made when you register. After 21 October there is no guarantee that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation payment of one night's room rate or a credit card guarantee is required.
Changing your Reservation
Please advise the Conference Secretariat of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

Cancelling Your Reservation
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may attract a penalty of one night's accommodation. Cancellations within 48 hours or failing to arrive on the specified check in date may incur a cancellation or 'no show' fee, which can be up to the equivalent of the full value of the accommodation booking.
